Hotel Jerbourg is delighted to sponsor beautiful dolphin Milkshake. This four star Guernsey Hotel sits on the cliff top at Jerbourg Point and is open daily to non-residents.
The Hotel offers a perfect stop on a south coast cliff walk and the Hotel’s Cliff Top Coffee Shop is the ideal spot to gaze at the fabulous view and enjoy the homemade cakes with locally roasted coffee or choose from the wide range of Suki teas. Open daily from 10am for breakfast, lunch, coffee shop and dinner.

Fran Froehlich

Fran is the Hotel Manager at Hotel Jerbourg and has been with the company for 15 years. She makes many of the delicious cakes at the Cliff Top Coffee Shop at Jerbourg and loves to bake and try new recipes.
Fran enjoys being creative in her spare time too and many will have seen some of her beautiful paintings on display at the Hotel. Fran is very excited to be painting Milkshake.
